I’ve been in Austin for almost 2 years now. I love this city and it’s so convenient for me to be near home. I’ve been able to visit friends, eat lots of delicious food, and of course have a nice bottle of wine.

So I recently got a flight to Miami from Austin, and I had to take a detour to get to one of my favorite places in the city. The flight was so long, I forgot to take my phone. I figured what the heck, maybe I could call while I was in the air. So I did. I was shocked when my phone rang. Its my aunt. She was in Austin for a few days and she wanted me to come home for Christmas.

I would have never guessed that my aunt would actually call me. I have no idea why she would do that. But she is my family. I have known her for many years and she is quite a bit younger than me. I guess I just knew she needed me.

I know it sounds a bit like a lot of the flights with you, but I was excited to be a part of the flight because I was going to see my family. I am really excited to see my family. They are the best.
