As he notes, “the ability to control our thoughts is a key part of self-awareness”. This is a great way to think about our own mental, emotional, and physical state. We are only ever aware or aware of what we are consciously aware of.
As he points out, self-awareness is more like a state of being, not being. For example, we can feel and know a lot of things, but when we’re not actually experiencing the feeling or knowing the information, we don’t really know that we’re aware of it.
Self-awareness is a quality of our own mind, as it is ours to own. It is also where we do our “thinking.” Without self-awareness we cannot be aware of anything. We can focus on the past, but our mind will just be wandering around. Self-awareness is “in the moment”, but is not a static state of being. It is an active state of being.
Self-awareness is usually thought of as a personal trait, but is in fact a very universal property of being. It is an aspect of being that is not only learned, it is the ability to recognize your own thoughts and to consciously choose to do something about them. For example, if you are depressed or bored, you may be able to consciously choose to do something about it and the depression or boredom can be diminished.
You may feel depressed or bored when you’ve been stuck in a cycle of procrastination for too long. Even if you don’t consciously choose to do something about it, you have an innate ability to choose to do something about it. This is the first step in developing self-awareness, so self-awareness is not a static state of being. It is an active state of being.
Self-awareness is the ability to recognize your own preferences and abilities. It is knowing what those preferences and abilities are. You don’t have to be able to do everything, but you do need to know what you are capable of doing. This is a big reason why it is so important to use a self-awareness tool, the Journal. The Journal is not just a list of accomplishments.
The Journal makes you think about your strengths and weaknesses, and how you can use those strengths to your benefit. It makes it look as if you are doing things the way that you are used to doing them. It makes you feel better about yourself, and it can also make you feel more competent.
One of the most important things you can do during any given day is to make sure that you are thinking about what you are capable of doing, how you are doing it, and why you are doing it. You can do this by talking to yourself about your goals and your dreams.
I’ve noticed that the more self-aware you are, the more you tend to get out of your own way. By self-aware I mean being aware of your own strengths, weaknesses, plans, and actions. You can do this by having conversation with yourself. For example, I tend to have a tendency to think about things too much. I find myself thinking about what I want to accomplish and what I want to do.
It’s a shame that you’re not in the game for the first three months after you have completed your third month. You should definitely start planning for the next two weeks or so so that you and your friends can work with each other to get the things that you need.
