I remember a conversation we had the other day at the grocery store while trying to decide what kind of car I would buy. I said, “I don’t know, I will buy a car that has a manual transmission.” “What kind of car are you talking about?” my husband asked me. “A car that goes,” I replied, “but I’m not sure I’m going to buy.
A car that goes? No, that was not a car that went. That was a car that was driving. It was a car that said “I have two wheels in the back, and two wheels in front, and two wheels in the middle” but you could still see its wheels and tires.
The car is a manual transmission. It is a car that does not have a manual transmission. It is a car that says I have two wheels in the back, and two wheels in front, and a wheel in the middle but you could still see its wheels and tires.
If I was a professional, and if I was carrying a lot of things, I would call a car mechanic.
The manual transmission cars we all know are a myth. The number of “real” manual transmission cars on the road is very small and even fewer actually have one. This is because people are not very good at figuring out the difference between a manual transmission and an automatic. Most people think that a manual transmission car has two wheels in the back, one wheel in front, and one in the middle, but it doesn’t.
In this day and age, people who do not speak a language other than English don’t need to be told the difference between a manual transmission and an automatic. Even the most hardcore car enthusiasts know that there are no manual transmission cars on the road because they don’t know what one is.
I have been an auto mechanic for about 20 years now and have even owned auto transmissions. I never understood the hype surrounding automatic transmissions. I think they are great, but I think they are a little difficult to handle. If you have to turn the key to start the car (which you might not do very often), you have to be careful to make sure the transmission is not in neutral and the gears are not changing during the turn.
Automation cars are all the rage, but with no knowledge of how to turn a key, they are quite dangerous. Just as you can’t turn the key to start an automatic transmission, you can’t make the transmission turn. That means you might have to drive a little longer than normal just to make sure you’re not going to kill someone in your car.
It is indeed a scary thought. A car that cannot be started by a key and can only be fixed by a complicated series of transmissions. The car might be very dangerous for the driver (and the passengers) as it might not be able to keep up with your car and the other people on the road (and pedestrians).
Of course, there are easier ways to make a car turn, like using the gas pedal, but in this case, the car is trying to kill you.
