I currently own a 5 bedroom home. I purchased it in the early 2010s, and I am really happy with it. It is a duplex, and the two of them are currently being renovated. I currently live in one bedroom, and I am excited to make that my permanent home. The other bedroom is currently a guest bedroom, but I am open to selling it and renting it on a long-term basis if someone would like to rent out my space.
While I think I might want to buy and renovate the other two bedrooms, I currently reside in the guest bedroom. The problem is that I don’t have a lot of space in the house, and I don’t have enough money to do it right, so I’m not sure I would be able to live there.
There is a “garden” on the other side of the house. There are plenty of trees and bushes in the garden, but they can’nt really be used for anything. I thought I might go and look at the gardens to see if there were any signs that the place was in any trouble and also if the place was in need of repair. That was a good idea though.
I was thinking about that too. I guess I would have to consider taking the garden and other spaces off the market. They could be used for anything else. I guess I could just put the space in storage, and use the garden to store pots and cut flowers, but I don’t know if that would be practical. Or I could make garden beds and put plants in them, but I’m not sure I want to do that. The garden itself is kind of nice to look at.
Your best bet is to use the space to do something like that, and then bring it back in.
I don’t really know what to say about that. I mean, it is a good idea to put the garden out to pasture. But if you really want to do something like that, I can see it being pretty expensive. It would be about $6,000 for the space in question and about $1,000 for the garden. So you might have to make do with whatever you have.
I’d say just make sure you have everything you need to plant it right. And be sure you have it planted on a level surface.
Maybe I’m just being silly and saying that I have to keep my house and garden separate. But I have a plan to do it with a couple of people, and I’m going to keep it separate.
It sounds like your plan might be to live in your garden and have a couple of friends share your house. That’s pretty common in most of us, but in this case, it might be a little extreme. You might end up having to make adjustments before you can move in, though. It’s not a bad idea to set aside some space that you can use as a studio or a guest house when you do move in.
A couple of people who have a garden are doing it for a living. This is one of the reasons why you can’t live in a separate house. It is still a cool idea to have a garden (albeit one that’s a bit more cramped) and you can keep a couple of people living on your own.
