A good friend of mine had me do a self awareness test. It was fairly simple, but I thought I could do it on my own. The short answer was no. I was able to find a way to make myself less anxious. I’m not sure if it was a matter of self awareness, or if it was just because I was trying to be more aware of myself, but it was an easier way for me to get rid of the anxiety.

One type of stress is the classic fight-or-flight response. When we are under stress, our bodies produce a hormone called epinephrine.

When we are under stress, our bodies produce epinephrine. If you are stressed, if you are under stress, your epinephrine will go up. If you don’t have a lot of time to prepare, then your adrenaline will go up. If you are in a dangerous situation, like a car accident, if you are under extreme stress, you might not be able to control your adrenaline response.

Well, that’s exactly what happened to Philip Sarofim in the new trailer, who was in a car accident. He was under extreme stress (high adrenaline), just like everyone else. And the adrenaline in his body went up, which is when he killed all those Visionaries.
